Do you offer month-to-month contracts?
Yes. All MSP plans are month-to-month with 30-day cancellation. Annual commitments receive a 10% discount.
What if I need more on-site hours than my plan includes?
Additional on-site time is billed at your plan's preferred rate ($180/hr for Business, custom for Enterprise). No surprise markups.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Absolutely. Plan changes are prorated and take effect immediately. Upgrade when growing, downgrade if you need to tighten up.
Do you support Mac/Linux environments?
Yes. We manage mixed environments — Windows, macOS, Linux workstations and servers. Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-premise.
