What operating systems do you offer?

Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, Debian 12, or Windows Server 2022. We install, harden, and configure the OS as part of setup. No extra charge.

Can I upgrade my server later?

Yes. Add RAM, CPU, or storage anytime. Changes take effect within one business day. No downtime for most upgrades.

What applications can I run?

Anything that runs on your chosen OS. QuickBooks, Nextcloud, Odoo, databases, web servers, ERP systems. We help install and configure.

Where is my data stored?

On our Proxmox server in Vancouver, WA. Daily encrypted backups to a separate Proxmox Backup Server. Your data never leaves our infrastructure unless you request it.

What happens if the server fails?

We monitor 24/7. If hardware fails, we restore from backup to replacement hardware within 24–48 hours. Daily backups mean minimal data loss.

Can I cancel anytime?

After the 3-month trial, 30-day notice. We provide your VM backup in standard format (QCOW2/VMDK) for easy migration. No cancellation fees after initial term.
